Time-optimal control systems with random noise disturbances

The problem of providing the time-optimal transient is considered when input signals are determinated and random noises take place. It is shown that for a certain class of systems the control algorithm providing the minimum time of the transient for the mathematical expectation of the phase coordinates assures the minimum mathematical expectation of the transient time as well. As an example the second order time-optimal system is considered.
