Abstract: The possibility of solving the system of algebraic equations in the problem of the controller analytical design [1] by means of the “equivalent” system of differential equations is considered. Necessary and sufficient conditions are presented under which the problem of the optimum controller design is solvable. The deduction of the conditions is based on the limit transition often used by Kalman [2, 3].
