Polynomial solution to stabilization problem for multivariable sampled-data systems with time delay

Abstract:
Necessary and sufficient stabilizability conditions are derived in a polynomial form for a multivariable sampled-data systems with scalar delays. A polynomial representation of the set of stabilizing controllers is given.
