Abstract: The present paper discusses the dependence of spread angle of directions of easy magnetization, the magnitude of efficient anisotropy field and record field, on the shape of thin-film matrix memory elements.
The results of calculation of the spread angles of easy magnetization direction and of the efficient anisotropy field for memory elements of different shape are given.
