Continuous Systems

On envelope transfer function

I. B. Yadykin

Moscow
Abstract: The processes of passing of the amplitude-modulated signal with suppressed carrier frequency through linear system are considered. The expressions for impulse transient characteristic and envelope transfer function are defined. The impulse envelope transient characteristic is found as a solution of integral equation. The theorem of existence of uniqueness for solution of this equation is proved. The results obtained are generalized for quasi-stationary linear systems.
