Realization of a system of logical functions by means of an expansion in orthogonal series

Abstract: A method of realizing a system of logical functions is suggested; the method consists in the formation on a given system of functions of a certain piece-constant function by the orthogonal series expansion under Haar's basis. The problem of the optimal selection, from the point of view of the minimum equipment used, of a piececonstant function for the given system of Boolean functions is solved.
