Hölder estimate for solutions of divergence type elliptic equation on a stratified set

We consider a uniformly elliptic second-order divergence type equation on a "$3$-floored" stratified sets under the $2$-connectedness assumption. For a generalized solution of the simplest equation without the lower-order terms, the a priori Hölder estimate was obtained.
