Problems of Information Transmission

Problemy Peredachi Informatsii — The journal, published quarterly, was founded in 1965. It publishes original mathematical papers of theoretical character and invited surveys (âìåñòî«surveys») on the following main subjects: information theory, coding theory, methods of signal processing, automata theory, large systems, communication channel modeling, communication network theory, source coding, and information protection. English translation (Problems of Information Transmission) is published by Pleiades Publishing, Inc., and is distributed by Springer.
