The conference is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of our colleague and friend Viktor Stepanovich Kulikov, one of the most prominent representatives of the Moscow school of algebraic geometry. The theory of $K3$-surfaces, fundamental groups of complements to algebraic curves on the plane, projections of algebraic surfaces, properties of algebraic surfaces of general type, the problem of the rationality of a four-dimensional cubic, and many other topics that have already become classical, were and are included in the circle of his mathematical interests. He has obtained profound results in each of these areas. These topics and many other related topics will be discussed at the conference. Among the speakers are leading experts in algebraic geometry and complex analysis, colleagues, co-authors and scientific friends of Viktor Stepanovich Kulikov.
