Abstract: A general mathematical theory for finding the basic parameters of chromatographic peaks in high performance column chromatography with variable conditions is constructed. The method allows to find the average position and width of chromatographic peaks and can be used to simulate a wide range of tasks, from the gradient of liquid to gas chromatography with variable oven.
Keywords: high-performance gradient chromatography, liquid, gaz, asymptotic evaluation, system of transport equations.
