Other directions can be found in the “Practical information” section (available only in the computer version of the site, clickable).
Practical information
On May 25 and 26 the conference will be held at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. A bus will be organized for participants of the conference on both days. It will depart at 8 am from Arena Hotel at 8:15 am from Warsaw Hotel and at 8:30 am from Steklov Institute. After the talks a bus will as well take participants back to Moscow.
Directions.
In Skolkovo the conference will take place in the Red and Blue buildings of the institute.
Several possibilities are available to go to (and from) Skolkovo by your own:
- Sk bus between Slavyansky bulvar metro station (dark blue line) and Skolkovo
- 1147 bus between Troparyovo metro station (red line) and Skolkovo
- 523 minibus between Kutuzovskaya metro station (light blue line and MCC line) and Skolkovo
Schedules of buses can be found here.
Be careful not to take the 1147ñ bus instead of the 1147 bus, as their destinations are different.
To go to Steklov Institute from the Warsaw hotel it is convenient to go to the “Oktyabrskaya metro station” bus stop (on the side of the hotel) on Leninskiy prospekt and take one of the buses 4, ì4, 111, 144, 144ê, ì1 or Í1 to the “Univermag Moskva” stop. The buses 144 and 144ê are the fastest. The bus Í1 is a night bus that goes along Leninsky prospekt during all the night with half an hour interval.
To go to Steklov Institute from the Serpukhovskoy dvor hotel it is convenient to go to the “Ulitsa Ordzhonikidze” tramway stop on Ordzhonikidze street (on the side of the hotel) and take the 14 or 39 tramway to the “Ulitsa Gubkina” stop.
If you want to go to the center of Moscow from Steklov Institute, the easiest way is to go to the bus stop on Leninsky prospekt and take the bus in the direction of the Warsaw hotel, then travel by subway or by foot. In general, the subway is the easiest way to travel in Moscow. Uber services are available in Moscow as well.
