Section "Mathematical journals" is a key component of the portal. The section unites Russian periodical editions in Mathematics as a whole informational system.

Besides the information about the journals themselves, there are presented their electronic archives. Access to the information gathered in the archives is free. Access to full-text articles of each journal is described in the following table.

The software developed under the project Math-Net.Ru allows editorial staffs of the journals involved in the project to put into electronic use publication of the accepted articles in the corresponding edition. The confidential section of the portal gives a practical way to editorial staffs and boards to computerize completely all steps of processing a submitted manuscript (including registration, editors’ correspondence with the author, referee and translator, et al.).
